'Placer Maid' (Lloyd Austin, R. 1952). TB, 34" (86 cm). Midseason bloom. Color Class-Y2, Plicata "fancy"; Standards rich rufous buff; falls from white flushed lavender to deep lavender brushed white, edged buff, with needlework of dark brown. Mitchell seedling# 176-B x Austin seedling# 638: Lavender fancy from 'Advance Guard'. Rainbow 1952.
