'Plum Frost' (
Paul Black, R. 2018). Seedling V127E. TB, 35" (89 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards mid mallow-purple, darker purple rib; style arms slate-violet ridge, mid gold edge, mauve crest; falls ivory to white veins, red-grape plicata sanding between veins and ¾˝ plicata band, haft almost solid burgundy except dark plum-brown lines and sanding in throat to just beyond beard and dart at end of beard; beards dark burnt orange in throat, mid burnt orange in middle, ends greyed burnt orange, light burnt orange ridge at end of beard; purple based foliage; pronounced sweet fragrance.
