'Poet's Dream' (Opal Brown, R. 1957) Seedling #6-21-B-3. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. White self; light yellow beard. (( 'Gold Ruffles' x 'Chamois') x 'Altar Light') X 'Rehobeth'. Sunnyhills 1958. High Commendation 1957, Honorable Mention 1958; Judges' Choice 1959; Award of Merit 1960.

From Rainbow Hybridizing Gardens catalog 1963: POET'S DREAM (0. Brown '57) EM-36". Very heavily and delightfully ruffled blue white of remarkable substance. Beard pale blue on ends, becoming yellowish inside. Flushed green in center and greenish veined, but not enough to class with Greens. JC'59, AM'60. ((Gold Ruffles x Chamois) x Altar light) X Rehobeth). Regularly $6.00; on $10 order $S.10; on $25 order $4.50.
