From Carl Salbach catalog 1946: PRECIOUS. $8.00. A fine tall new type plicata perhaps best described in general effect pale apricot. We suggest the name of "fancy" for this new type as it is appearing as a new pattern in plicata breeding. The whole flower is suffused with a superimposed color instead of this being confined to marginal stippling. Standards and falls ofwell-rounded form.
