From Lyon's Irisland catalog, 1959: RARE PLEASURE (Coppedge '59) $22.50 This calls to mind a large hat of the Victorian era, trimmed with willow plumes. The flowers, straw yellow overlaid gold, suggests the hat; soft crimson cascading over the broad flaring falls, the plumes. Well branched. 34". M. (Gay Welcome X Tabasco). |
