2008, Sutton

'Raspberry Swirl' (Michael Sutton, R. 2008). Seedling# S-458-D. TB, 34" (86 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards light greyed-orange flushed and veined mallow purple, 1/4" golden tan rim; style arms golden tan; Falls dark lilac-purple, near black flush, 1/4" solferino purple rim, near black wire edge, white veining around orange beards. Seedling# M-776-A: ('Twice Told' x 'Connie Sue') X Ghio seedling# 98-3F, sibling to 'Applause Line' pollen parent. Sutton 2009. Honorable Mention 2011, Award of Merit 2013
