From Pacific Coast Hybridizers catalog, 1992: RICHARD B. HARRIS (G. Anderson '92)$35.00. From the same cross that produced Hamner's Quasar, Catalyst X Well Endowed, Richard B. Harris is one of the very first irises to bloom in the early garden and it will provide a blazing pool of sunshine even on the most cold and cloudy day: this full cadmium-yellow self is so rich and so bright that it shines across the garden. With two branches, spur, and terminal, the stalks are 32" tall, the growth is very good, and we know that you will find this a great color gem to open your iris season. |
