'Ripples' (Jack Linse, R. 1950). Seedling# 50-OS-2. TB, 36" (91 cm). Early midseason bloom. Color Class-VL/YL2, Old lilac, olive edge. 'Ormohr' x 'Snoqualmie'. Linse 1951.

From Easy Breeze Gardens catalog, 1953: RIPPLES (Linse '51) 36". Lovely rippled and waved seedling of Ormohr ex Snoqualmie. Very large and flaring bloom of Old Lilac with delicately blended haft and margins of Olive Yellow. $7.50
From Fleur de Lis Gardens catalog 1956: RIPPLES (Linse 1951) M. 36 in. (Ormohr x Snoqualmie). A very broad petaled and heavily ruffled lilac with a touch of olive yellow at the shoulders. Typical, lovely onco form. 2.50.
