From Iris Test Garden Catalog, 1955: RODEO. (DeForest, 1947). Height, 36 in. Brighter color in same pattern as Tiffanja. Standards gold. Falls flaring, white edged gold. Styles gold. Beard brown, tipped orange. Brown marking. Flowers measure close to six inches. As conspicuous as a "Ten Gallon" hat, hence the name. $1.00.
