| From Carl Salbach catalog, 1934: ROSY ASIA (Mitchell 1934). A pinker edition of Asia, with broader falls and fine full form. A most delicate and delightful blend which is at its best under electric light. Large blooms. Falls pale Chinese violet, flushed deeper in center, with warm lilac standards and bright yellow beard. An iris which should be of great interest to breeders, as Mr.Mitchell has himself been using it in his breeding for pinks. $3.00
