1991, Byers

'Rotunda' ( Monty Byers, R. 1990). Seedling# D77-100. TB, height 38" (97 cm), Midseason bloom and rebloom. Medium deep violet, blended with reddish violet in falls; beards blue; ruffled. 'Leda's Lover' X 'Violet Classic'. Moonshine 1991.

From AIS Bulletin #281 April 1991 Introducing ROTUNDA-TB. LEDA'S LOVER X VIOLET CLASSIC. Medium deep violet with blue b. This dark "Leda's Lover" gives tall masses of rebloom here usually starting in mid October. Large, wide, rotund flowers. $35.00. Moonshine Gardens.
