'Royal Belle' (Bernard Hamner, R. 1967). Seedling# 65-15 X 83. TB, 40" (102 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-W2V, Standards heavy petunia purple; broad petunia purple band on falls; stitched and stippled haft area below white lemon-tipped beard; ruffled. 'Rococo' X 'Small Talk'. Hamner 1970.
