'Royal Ermine' (Richard Goodman, R. 1950). TB, 40" (102 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-Wy1, White self, yellow influence. 'Snoqualmie' x Fay seedling. Fleur de Lis 1952.

From Fleur de Lis Gardens catalog 1956: ROYAL ERMINE (Goodman 1952) M. L. 42 in. (Snoqualmie x Fay sdlg.). A very large cream that gives a rich ermine white effect. The form is fine, the petals being broad and tailored. Substance is very heavy and the finish is like thick velvet. A real beauty. 7.50.
