From Sass catalog, 1948: SALMONETTE (Jacob Sass, 1946)- Seedling 44-39. One of a series of new pinks. According to Ridgeway light ochraceous salmon. In effect a yellowish pink or salmon self. A tangerine beard blends so well into the ground color of the bloom that it is not conspicuous. Medium sized blooms on 34 to 36-inch well branched stems. (H. C. 1945). $20.00
