'Savage Moon' (Henry Rowlan, R. 1979). Seedling 75 AO 4. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Ruffled dark red-violet, brown shoulders with white around orange-brown beard. 'Grand Alliance' X 'War Lord'. Rowlan Irises 1981.
