| From the introductory Clarence Blocher catalog for 1978: SEA AND SKY (Skywatch X Sea of Stars). This is a lavender blue iris, with much charm. An iris I enjoy looking at, and one I return to often to enjoy. Has a beautiful stem, perfectly branched, and the flowers are large, well formed, flaring falls, closed domed standards, 8-10 buds well placed. It is a satisfying iris, and I believe it combines the best qualities of its parents. 20.00 |
