'September' (Fred Spahn, R. 1981). Seedling# 76M2. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards cocoa brown; falls brown with bright yellow influence at hafts; orange yellow beard; ruffled. 'Mr. Lincoln' X seedling# 62B2: ('Fortune's Gift' x 'Mary Randall'). Spahn 1982.

From AIS Bulletin #245 April 1982 Introducing SEPTEMBER (Spahn '82) TB, 34". Rust brown, domed stds. Brown falls have a bright yellow flush below beard and at haft area. Orangeyellow beards. Ruffled, flaring and bright, a brown with vigor. Sdlg. 76M2: (Mr. Lincoln X (Fortune's Gift x Mary Randall)). $25.00. Fred Spahn.
