'September Frost' (George Sutton, R. 1997). Seedling# G-39-A. TB, 38" (97 cm), Early to late bloom and rebloom. Ruffled white self tinged lavender, diamond dusted; beards yellow, white tinged lavender at end; slight sweet fragrance. 'Recurring Ruffles' X 'Best Bet'. Sutton 1998.

A well branched ruffled white tinged lavender with diamond dusting that sparkles in the sun! A nicely ruffled flower that increases well. $35.00. Sutton's Green Thumber.
