From Brown’s Everblooming Iris Garden catalog, 1962: September Sailor-$8.00 - (October Shadows X Mount Timp) X Menomenee. S.-medium Blue-closed F., wide flare with deeper Blue band across the falls, with light Blue at base and tip of falls. Stalk 30 inches- 3 branches- 11 buds. Sweet fragrance. Every rhyzome rebloomed in September. |
