Standards ice blue-white flushed dark blue-violet at base to light blue-violet 2/3 of way out; style arms icy blue-white, violet stigmatic lip; falls white, green texture veined, few plum veins in throat; beards bright orange-red; pronounced musky fragrance.

Hybridizer's Comment: It's time to shake things up. Let's put a fully saturated red orange beard on an otherwise undistinguished reverse blue amoena. What a difference a beard can make. Clumps of 'Shake It Up' are a sight to behold. It won't go unnoticed in your garden. People will gather round for a closer inspection. Growth is super vigorous. Strong stalks have 3 branches and spur with 8-9 buds. |
