From Quality Gardens catalog 1931: SIMONNE VAISSIERIE (See-monhn Vis-ee-air) (Millet 1921) E. 38". An exceedingly strong grower with tall rigid stems and very large flowers of fine shape. A. silky white, strongly shaded azure blue. F. brilliant aniline blue. Throat heavily veined gold and maroon on the white at the base. C.M.S.N.H.F. 1924. $.50.
