'Singing Waters' (
John Wareham, R. 1943) TB. Midseason bloom. Color Class-Y9L. From seedlings derived from
I.trojana x
'Dominion'.
SINGING WATERS is of medium height . . . but is large and of fine form and has a decidedly different color pattern than is usually found in iris. Standards are pale yellow and lilac; falls are the same yellow with centers overlaid in closely stippled lines of pinkish violet. (Gersdorff, 1945, p. 49).
