From Wallace Gardens catalog, 1955: SPIC AND SPAN-1953-(Kalinga :x Golden Madonna) x (Fort Knox x Golden Majesty). A well branched light cream iris. A complete self with exceptionally large blooms with plenty of substance and light ruffling. A rapid increaser. C.C. '52. $5.00.
