'Starring' (Joseph Ghio, R. 1999). Seedling U92-5R. TB, 33" (84 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards white; style arms white, gold-fringed crests; falls purple black; beards brick red. Seedling 88-180P: ('Notorious' x (('Success Story' x ('Fancy Tales' x 'Alpine Castle')) x (('Persian Smoke' x 'Entourage') x (('Strawberry Sundae' x ('Artiste' x 'Tupelo Honey')) x 'Borderline' sibling)))) X 'Romantic Evening'. Bay View 2000. Honorable Mention 2002; Franklin Cook Cup 2002; Award of Merit 2004; Wister Medal 2007; Dykes Memorial Medal: 3rd place in 2008.
