Standards bright pastel shade of pale red-violet on upper portion and pale yellow on lower portion, ruffled and laced; falls upper portion pale yellow across hafts, lower portion pale red-violet; mauve-brown visible in buds and underside of falls; light yellow beard. 'Dream Time' X 'Springtime Fantasy'. Spahn 1977.

From AIS Bulletin #225 Spring 1977 Introducing SUNRISE SYMPHONY (Spahn '77). TB, 36", M-L. (Dream Time X Spring-time Fantasy). Bright pastel blend with ruffled and laced standards and falls. Upper part of standards and lower portion of broad, rounded, semiflaring falls are pale red-violet blended mauve-brown. Style crests, beard and entire center area of flower are light yellow, seeming to emanate an inner glow. Mauve-brown buds, 7 to 9 count. Sdlg. 72Dl in Kinney-Loveless garden in Michigan.
