Standards pale blue violet (RHS 97D), deeper lines on midrib, purple veining at inner base; falls deep blue violet (89B/C), paling toward edge, haft white veined blue violet; beards blue, hairs tipped gold; lightly ruffled, laced; slight sweet fragrance.
