From Melrose Gardens catalog 1976: SWEDISH MODERN (Sanford Babson '76) M 37"Sdg. V90-4: Tambourine X Shipshape. Fresh as a northern spring, arrayed in Nordic colors of yellow and blue-lavender and modern in every feature. The yellow coior is in the standards and is a crisp, light yellow. Lavender-blue falls lighten around the edges to pale biue-grey and the hafts are gold leaf. Sea wave fluting and a rippled creped texture seem to bring motion to the petals and life to the entire sparkling flower. NET 25.00. |
