'Sweetheart Waltz' (Joyce Meek, R. 1975). Seedling# J211-7-8. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Lavender-orchid self, slightly lighter around beard; beard lavender-orchid at tip, shading to soft tangerine in throat. 'Fond Wish' X 'Glacier Sunset. Corlew 1976. Honorable Mention 1979.

From AIS Bulletin #221 April 1976 Introducing SWEETHEART WALTZ (Joyce Meek) $25.00. A large flower of very clean clear lavenderorchid. The color lightens slightly around the beard which is lavender-orchid at the tip, shading to soft tangerine in the throat. Absolutely beautiful branching. 34". Midseason. Seedling #J211-7-8. Fond Wish X Glacier Sunset. Cherry Lane Gardens.
