'Thunder Moon' (Fred Gadd, R. 1971). Seedling# 63-65. TB, 32" (81 cm), Midseason bloom. Dark purple with red infusion; bronze beard; ruffled. 'Yankee Boy' X 'Dark Fury'. Wethersfield 1972.
