'Topless Plic' (F. E. Hutchings, R. 1970). Seedling# 67-49H. TB, 40" (102 cm), Early bloom. Standards white; falls white ground with pale violet plicata markings on edge. Seedling# 67-49H: ('Helen McGregor' x 'Blue Rim') X ((('Whole Cloth' x 'Rococo') x ('Zulu Warrior' x 'Whole Cloth')) x (('Majorette' x 'Pinnacle') x ('Whole Cloth' x 'New Hope'))). Tell 1970.
