1959, Plough 'Torrid Zone' (Gordon Plough, R. 1958). Seedling# 53-9-1. TB, 38" (97 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards aureolin-yellow; falls white, hafts lemon-yellow, aureolin-yellow border. 'Palomino' x (('Ormaco' x 'Flora Campbell') x 'Heritage'). Eden Road 1959. See below:

The standards of this colorful beauty are Aureolin yellow. The white falls have clean hafts of bright lemon with border of Aureolin. The highlight and focal point is the wide and heavy tangerine orange bear<1 that appears to be clipped. $20.00. |
