2004, Keppel

'Undercurrent' (Keith Keppel, R. 2003). Seedling 98-156B. TB, 42" (107 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards blended vanilla (M&P 10-C-3 to 10-D-2); style arms slightly more yellow (10-F-3); Falls peach yellow (10-E-2), texture-veined tan yellow sunburst pattern, greyed heliotrope (45-J-8) wash extending inward from edge; beards firecracker red (1-H-12); slight sweet fragrance. 'Prince George' X 'Rio'. Keppel 2004. Honorable Mention 2006; Award of Merit 2008.
