From Keith Keppel Iris catalog, 1984: VENUS RISING (Gatty '84) E 35" (Wings of Dreams X (Princess x Pink Sleigh)) Named for the Botticelli painting, this peach-toned rich pink is a strong grower. A self, with just the faintest paling of color in the center of the falls. Beards are coral blush. Ruffled flowers, and lots of them, give an excellent pink effect in the garden. #J85-2 25.00.
