Standards light blue, base mid slate blue blending to light blue over center; style arms blue white, mid violet ridge; falls velvety black purple, narrowly banded light violet with dark purple wire rim, subtle light violet veins over hafts; beards burnt orange in throat, mid burnt orange in center, purple at ends, hairs based dark purple; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Sirocco Mist' X 'Dinner Talk'. Mid-America 2012. Honorable Mention 2014, Award of Merit 2016.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2012: WICKED GOOD (Black ‘12) TB Midseason 35” (89cm). It is wicked only in that the color conjures up images of something a bit sinister. Heavily ruffled. Icy blue standards are infused dark blue violet up midribs. Velvety black-purple falls are banded light red violet with a black-purple wire rim. Garden visitors are drawn to its dramatic and captivating color. Unique. Growth is strong and durable. Stalks are variable with 2 or 3 branches having 5-7 buds.
