From Bonnewitz catalog, 1927: YEOMAN (Bliss). Dominion Seedling. S. clear light blue-violet, very large, smooth and arching; F. rich deep violet-blue, with light brown reticulations at the haft. Late blooming. Height, 36 inches. This Dominion Seedling is somewhat similar to Majestic and as it can be sold at a much lower price than Majestic, we are sure there will be a big demand for it even though it does not have as much of the Dominion quality as Majestic, Cardinal, Bruno, and Duke of Bedford. $3.00
From Quality Gardens catalog 1930: YEOMAN (Bliss) M. 40" F. A Dominion Seedling. Rich blue toned flowers of large size. S. a clear light bluish violet, very large, smooth and arching. F. a rich deep violet blue. The coloring is particularly bright and clear. Exceptionally free flowering. This has a wonderful garden effect. Seen from a distance with a background of green it is unsurpassed. We strongly recommend this to all of our customers. $.75.
