'Regal Plus' OGB- (George Mayberry, R. 1970). Seedling 61-25-1. AB, 12-14" (30-36 cm), Extra early bloom. Standards pale lavender pink, veined lavender purple; Falls white ground, heavy onco veining radiating to edge; brown black beard. 'Helen's Child' X 'Sirona'. Mayberry- Julander and Hamner's Iris Gardens, 1971. Honorable Mention 1975.

From AIS Bulletin #201 April 1971 Introducing REGAL PLUS: (G. Mayberry). Aril-Med. 12-14". E-E. This charming Aril-Med is very unique. The conical standards are pale lavender pink veined purple. The white ground falls have heavy onco veining radiating to end of falls. Beard is a very dark blackish brown. Helen's Child X Serona. HC. 1970. $20.00. Hamner's Iris Garden.
