'Flo' ( Donald Spoon, R. 2011) Seedling #2004-197RE. BB, 20 (51 cm), Early midseason bloom and rebloom. Standards light tan-yellow (RHS 162D), lavender midribs; style arms light yellow, lavender midribs; falls lavender, darker in center, lighter around beards, darker veins, haft and shoulders amber, darker lavender hairline edge; beards white base, hairs tipped yellow orange at end, orange in middle, deeper orange in throat; slightly ruffled, diamond dusted; slight sweet fragrance.
