Standards white with light pink midrib and veining; style arms white; falls creamy white overlaid light pink, veined medium pink; beards orange; lightly ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. From AIS Bulletin #297 April 1995 Introducing VICTORIAN CHARMER BB 26" EM-ML. This gorgeous little beauty has white S with lt. pink veining and midribs. Flaring falls are creamy-white overlaid lt. pink and veined medium pink. Orange beards are tipped white. Ruffled. Up to 9 buds; fertile both ways. Very delicate in looks but not in performance.
