BARELY VERDE See below: (Cromwell '72)-It is a tailored iris done in white and flushed the palest of green in and around the beard. A pleasing well-branched iris, it adds a new color note to the garden. [Joe Gatty, “A Median Review,” The Bulletin of the American Iris Society, Vol. 55, No. 214 (July 1974): 56.]
