'Peach Pie' (Thomas Johnson 2011) SDB, 13", Sdlg #TA140B, Midseason. All it needs is a dip of ice cream. Mid peach standards blend to slightly darker buff peach margins. Styles are peach pink. White patches around orange over white beards are lined mid brown. Center bands of dusky raspberry plicata blend to mauvish peach margins. Makes very pretty clumps. 'Dancing in the Moonlight' (Paul Black 2011) IB, 20", Sdlg #P152F, Midseason. Bright clean yellow. Strongly flared falls have slightly darker hafts and small paler patches around glowing yellow orange beards that sometimes end in short yellow horns. Vigorous growth gives many stalks with 2 branches and 5 buds. This is one of several seedlings from a cross being used to bring the green and turquoise colors of SDBs up into TBs.
