'India Ink' (Donald Spoon, R. 2010). Seedling #2005-707BLK. MDB, 7" (18 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards, style arms and falls reddish black; beards yellow orange (RHS 23A); non-fading, velvet sheen, tailored form. 'Inky Dinky Spider' X 'Zap'. Winterberry 2010.

Hybridizer's notes; 'India Ink' (D. Spoon). Sdlg. 2005-707BLK. MDB, 7" (18 cm), 1-2 buds, EM. Non fading reddish-black self with yellow orange (RHS 23A) beards. Tailored, dainty flower with closed standards and arched falls. Velvety sheen. Vigorous growth. Fertile both ways. 'Inky Dinky Spider' ('Little Blacksmith' x 'Autumn Orange') X 'Zap'.
