'Blue Diamond' (Koomen Bros., registered with KAVB, 1975). Standards dark Victoria-violet (RHS 89c), falls veined Dauphin's-violet (RHS 90c) on flax-blue ground, blotch lemon-yellow, bridge Dauphin's-violet, edged paler; sport of 'Ideal'. (2n=33). T.G.A.-B.C. 1975. --KAVB. A hybrid Dutch Iris.

Note: There is also a tall bearded 'Blue Diamond'.
