'Angelic' ( Cleo Palmer, R. 1974). Seedling 7156., R. SDB, height 12" (30 cm), Late bloom. Standards very pale yellow to nearly white; Falls deep lemon yellow; white beard. 6824: ( 'Knotty Pine' x unknown) X unknown. Palmer 1974. High Commendation 1973, Honorable Mention 1975.

From AIS Bulletin #213 April 1974 Introducing ANGELIC: SDB, 12". Sdlg. 7156. S. very pale yellow to nearly white; F. deep lemon yellow; white beard. Appearance is of a yellow amoena. S. are closed; F. are wide, round, horizontally flared, lightly ruffled and have good substance. A favorite at Carol Ramsey's garden in 1973. EC 1973, HC 1973. 6824 (Knotty Pine x unknown) X unknown. $5.00. Palmer's Iris Garden.
