Difference: SdbMyrasChild (r10 vs. r9)

■(SDB) 'Myra's Child'

1971, Greenlee

'Myra's Child' (Wilma Greenlee, R. 1971) Seedling# G64. SDB, 12" (30 cm), Early bloom. Fluted violet self; violet beard. 'Myra' X 'Myra'. Greenlee 1971. Honorable Mention 1973, Award of Merit 1977.

MYRA'S CHILD (Greenlee '71)-There are all too few violet shades in the SDBs; thus, the appearance of this one helps fill a color-void and does it with flowers of a wide, classy form. Very worthwhile. [Joe Gatty, “A Median Review,” The Bulletin of the American Iris Society, Vol. 55, No. 214 (July 1974): 56.]
