'Column of Gold' (Donna Aldridge, unregistered). Sdlg. FI. SPEC. 44" (110 cm), Mid to late bloom season. Blossom 2.75", 4-5 Spur-like branches, 10-13 blooms, 3 terminal bud placements, rich medium-light yellow with signal markings of burgundy-taupe lines 1/16" long, spaced as far apart, around clear, deep chrome yellow signal areas. Blooms held near stalk for columnar effect, with excellent bud placement, allowing blooms to open freely for full display. [ Iris pseudacorus L.]. |
