'Kosho-En' ( B. LeRoy Davidson, R. 1984). Iris setosa , 30" (76 cm), Early bloom. Standards white (nearly absent); falls white (from palest blue buds), narrow yellow signal. Noted for its purple stained bracts that contrast with the white flowers. Degree of purple staining may vary with climatic conditions. Purchased as a seedling from Kosho Nursery; found growing wild. Iris setosa Pallas ex Link].
