'Maiden' (Monty Byers, R. 1987). Seedling# C54-101. TB, height 35" (89 cm), Early midseason to midseason bloom and rebloom. Standards peach pink; falls pinkish apricot orange; tangerine orange beard; heavily ruffled. 'Orange Wonder' X Hager horned pink seedling: ('Moon Mistress' x Meek horned seedling). Moonshine Gardens 1988.

From AIS Bulletin #269 April 1988 Introducing MAIDEN (TB) 35", EM. Orange wonder X Hager horned pink from Moon Mistress. S. peach pink; F. pinkish apricot-orange; tangerine orange beards. Gorgeous flowers of faultless form on show stalks. A very reliable rebloomer here but starts rather late towards the end of October or in early November. $30.00. Moonshine Gardens.
