Tightly closed stands are very ruffled, and ruffled falls flare gracefully. Blooms are heavysubstanced, non-burning, and have a satiny sheen. Infusions of copper make them seem to change color with the light. Has 2 or 3 short branches and terminal. Placement is excellent and S-curved stem avoids crowding. There are 7 to 9 buds. Plants are of moderate size and produce an average 2 or 3 increase yearly, more under ideal conditions. Fairly fertile both ways and producing excellent seedlings.
