From Tell’s Iris Garden catalog, 1958: MOHR LACE' (Hazel Reckner, Creston, Iowa). Midseason-Late. 36 inches. (Elmohr x Snow Flurry.) Yes, this unusual laced violet (looking very like it could be a child of Chantilly) is from Snow Flurry pollen, so it is both unusual and exciting for hybridizing purposes. Could bring ruffling and lace into the purples, blacks and blues. Medium sized flowers. $10.00 |
