From AIS Bulletin #261 April 1986 Introducing QUASAR-TB, 35-36", EM. Tall, well branched Chinese yellow self with 8 to 9 buds. Generous ruffling, heavy substance and does not sun bleach. Yellow-orange beards. Sdlg. 82-5: Catalyst X Well Endowed. $25.00. Hamner's Iris Garden.
